Report Purchase Terms

1. What you are buying

A computer-generated real estate analysis report for a property address or area you submit, with a confidence meter beside the number. Products are sold as one-time reports or, where offered, as monthly or annual subscriptions with a stated monthly run allowance. A one-time purchase does not join you to a brokerage tenant or subscribe you to anything ongoing.

2. What this report is — and is not

• It is a computational estimate to support your own decision-making.
• It is not an appraisal and is not prepared by a licensed appraiser under USPAP.
• It is not a broker price opinion, mortgage, lending, investment, tax, or legal decision, and not a substitute for professional advice.
• It does not create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship between you and DFP Enterprises, LLC or any agent.

ALGORITHMIC MARKET RANGE DISCLOSURE. Reports provide a statistically derived market range generated by Next Generation Logic℠ algorithmic models with AI assistance. A report is a data-driven projection of local market signals, not an appraisal or a professional opinion of value. Unless a report expressly carries the name and license of a licensed professional who prepared or adopted it, it has not been prepared by a licensed appraiser or broker.

3. Where products are available (state eligibility)

Some states restrict selling property-value analysis directly to consumers by anyone other than a licensed professional. The platform determines the property's state from the address you enter before checkout. In most states you can buy any consumer product directly, with the disclosure above on every report. In restricted states the platform will not sell you a direct value report; it will instead offer (a) a Rent Check rental analysis, available nationwide, or (b) preparation of your request through a licensed real estate professional in your state, whose name and license appear on the report as that professional's market analysis. The current restricted-state list is maintained in the platform and shown at the point of purchase; it updates as laws change without amending these terms. You represent that the property address you submit is accurate; circumventing state eligibility voids the report.

4. Payment, refunds, and subscriptions

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Because the report is produced on demand from paid data sources, a completed report is non-refundable. If a run fails to produce a deliverable you will not be charged, or the charge will be refunded on request at the email below.

Subscriptions bill automatically each month (annual-commitment plans bill the lower monthly rate for a 12-month commitment) until canceled. Unused monthly runs do not roll over unless the plan says otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

5. Your data and consent

To run your report we collect your name, email, and the property address you submit, and we process public records and licensed property data for that address. Our Privacy Policy explains collection, retention, and your deletion choices. Two consent choices apply at checkout:

• Report generation (required) — you authorize us to generate a valuation for your address using third-party property data.
• Agent contact (optional) — only if you opt in, a licensed agent may contact you about this property. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your report.

We do not sell your personal contact information to third-party marketers. When you confirm or correct facts about a property (square footage, condition, renovations, basement finish, and similar), you grant DFP a perpetual, royalty-free right to retain those facts and use them in de-identified, aggregate form in DFP's market analytics. Retained facts are keyed to the property, never to your identity, per the Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy and your responsibility

The report reflects available data and methodology rules at the time it runs. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on and for any decision you make. The report is illustrative and educational.

7. Warranties and liability

THE REPORT IS PROVIDED AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A REPORT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT REPORT.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Ohio.
